This handy memory checker will create a bootable floppy or .iso file (for CD-ROM). Make sure you have boot from Floppy or CD-ROM enabled in BIOS, and the MemTest will run automatically on boot. The First pass (of 6 tests) can take up to 30 minutes (depending on your system). Let the passes run as many times as you require. See the Readme for further details.
