AlacrityPC allows you to shut down background tasks and programs, launch other applications (like TeamSpeak and TIR) before the main program loads and runs. The app will check for any updates every time it is launched. See the Readme (Adobe PDF document) for further details.
VAC (Voice Activated Command)
Works the same way Shoot does. Only this is better supported via the programs author Shift_E. Program is shareware and is not free. You do get a free 30 day evaluation period though. Which is plenty of time to find out if the Application is for you or not. I am currently working on a new profile for ArmA II.
